3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

4. Shipping

We ship within Australia only. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pept. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
